GroundUp is a website that brings together the diverse steps of real estate development by connecting developers with investors, vendors and the public. By implementing crowd-sourcing at all stages GroundUp brings transparency to the development process. Developed at the NYC Tech Startup Hackathon in September 2012 with Janine Shea, Chad Fath, Flak Dinenno, Roland Kenny, Corey, Sahan Pitigala, and Sohel Siddque.
